All-Women Team Wins 2018 Cape Hatteras Anglers Club Surf Invitational Fishing Tournament
The Outcasters, an all-women’s team from Nags Head, won the 61st Cape Hatteras Anglers Club Surf Invitational Fishing Tournament. Stephanie Bayne, Audrey Whitlock, Sharon Newbold, Ginger Knight, Angie Gaskins and Jean Flannigan caught 47 fish for a total of 218 points to finish atop the 120-team tournament that’s the largest in the world.
