WANCHESE — Joshua Leigh Whitehurst, age 46, died Saturday, March 8, 2025, in Chesapeake Regional Medical Center.
Joshua was born September 15, 1978 in Norfolk, VA. He was preceded in death by his mother, Susan Marie Bunch Skinner. He loved the beach and enjoyed cooking.
He is survived by his father, Floyd E. Whitehurst of Suffolk, VA; brother, Bryan Michael Whitehurst of Kill Devil Hills, NC; step-brother, Daniel C. Whitehurst of Suffolk, VA; and several cousins.
