Neil Stephen Carignan Sr., 61, of Manteo and Hatteras went to be withthe Lord after an unfortunate accident on Saturday, April 30, 2016.Born in Sanford, Maine, he was the son of the late Charles LawrenceCarignan and Irene Vezina Carignan.
Neil is survived by his wife, Sharon Bowden Carignan; and two children,Amanda Carignan and Neil Stephen Carignan Jr. both of Nags Head. Alsosurviving are three sisters, Carol Dropla and husband, Heyward, JulieHarris and husband, Kenny, and Susan Reynolds and husband, Doug; twobrothers, Jimmy Carignan and wife, Debie, and Dennis Carignan and wife,Becky; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides being a huge advocate of fishing and hunting, Neil was a hardworking owner/operator of Carignan Septic Services. A proud husband andfather, he will be dearly missed by all of his loved ones.
ACelebration of Neil’s Life will be held at 3:30 pm on Saturday, May 14,2016 at Manteo Baptist Church with Pastor Russ Howardofficiating.
