NAGSHEAD — John Hayne Hissey, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 7, at a nursinghome in Nags Head at the age of 92. He is survived by his wife of manyyears, Doris, sons Dave, Steve and wife Connie, and a daughter, SusanAlasandro. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Sara and KristenAlasandro and father Ernie and Eric Hissey and wife Jessica; twogreat-grandchildren, Tyler and Avery Hissey, and extended familymembers, Frank, Shari, Kerra, and Ian Folb and Scott Danatel. He was aman of strong faith, who not only believed, but lived it, through hismany charitable works. A service will be held in Florida at a laterdate.
