Billie Jo Roughton (nee Jackson), of Kitty Hawk, NC died Thursday, April 30, 2020 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC. She was 47. Raised in Tyrrell County, Billie Jo was preceded in death by her father, William R. Jackson; mother, Betty B. Jackson; brother, Barry Jackson; and grandson, Corbin Ashton Harvey.
Billie Jo is survived by her companion, Daniel Clemens; five children, Brittany Phelps (Josh), Tyler Harvey (Kaitlyn), Eric Roughton, Kayla Gonzalez (Antonio), and Carson Roughton; four grandchildren, Bentley, Isaac, Anthony, and Caleb; her siblings, Scott, Richard “Heath”, Stephanie, and Amanda Jackson; and many loving nieces and nephews.
