Deborah “DJ” Powell, 59, went to be with the Lord on July 2, 2023. DJ had a passion for life and never met a stranger. Her smile was infectious, and she will be missed by everyone whose life she touched. She is predeceased by her father, Carl Siperko.
She is survived by her daughter, Kelsey Otwell; her granddaughter, Leylani Otwell; her mother, Elizabeth Frey; her sisters, Karen Mabe (Rick) and Shirley Peppler (Doug); her brother, Arthur W. Jones, II; two special aunts, Millie Robinson and Diane Parks; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews, along with countless friends who loved her very much.
