On March 10, 2020, at approximately 11:40 pm, Aaron Robert Silver (20/M), 4800 Block Quidley Lane, Buxton, NC, was contacted by C-District Deputies in the parking lot of the Red Drum Tackle Shop in Buxton, NC. When Mr Silver walked past the Deputies a strong odor of Marijuana was coming from his person. During the encounter, the Deputies located numerous drugs and Silver was charged with the following; (F) PWIMSD Methamphetamine, (F) Poss Amphetamine, (M) Poss a Sch III drug, (M) Poss a Sch IV drug, (M) Poss of Marijuana, (M) Poss of Marijuana Paraphernalia, (M) Poss of Drug Paraphernalia. Silver was released on a $16,000 secured bond.
