Worthless Check. 50000 block of Timber Trail, Frisco. Victim reports receiving a worthless check dated 2023 as part of a rent payment. Directed to Civil Courts as part of the ongoing eviction process.

Obtaining Property by False Pretenses. Mosely Lane, Wanchese. Victim reported paying over $8,000 to rent a trailer for six months. Before the victim could move in, the suspect sold the trailer and left the area. A warrant was issued for the suspect.

Larceny of a Chose in Action. 7000 block of Martins Point Road, Martins Point. Victim gifted a subject a check. The check was returned to the victim. The check was later taken back and deposited into the subject’s account that is shared with the reported suspect. Under investigation.
