Hatteras Village Civic Association

The Hatteras Village Civic Association’s mission is to provide resources, events and activities for residents and visitors and to support businesses in the village. It sponsors several fundraisers throughout the year including the longstanding fall Surf Fishing Tournament and the Hatteras Village Offshore Open, and the new Hatteras Village Waterfowl Festival and coordinate the Day at the Dock Celebration, July 4th, the Christmas Parade and other events. Profits from the fundraisers go towards scholarships, charitable giving and providing more resources and activities/events in the village.
