IFP now has hats available for pre-ordering

Share post:

The Island Free Press (IFP) is excited to announce that our brand-new IFP hats are now available for pre-ordering! So, if you want to sport a hat from Hatteras and Ocracoke Islands’ award-winning newspaper, head on over to our shopping page and pick out your favorites.  We have trucker hats, dad hats, and beanies in various colors and styles.

Best of all, 10% of the proceeds from all hat sales will also be donated to local nonprofit organizations – 5% to one on Hatteras Island and 5% to one on Ocracoke Island. The IFP will be reaching out to our best resource, (our community of readers), to determine which of the many worthy local organizations should be donation recipients.

The hats will be shipped to purchasers starting the week of January 1, 2024. We apologize for the delay if you wish to order this as a Christmas gift.  If you would still like to order as a gift, we will send a card to the recipient with a picture of the hat and the estimated shipping date.  This information may be added in the “order notes” area of the checkout.
