FRISCO — Ruth Ann BaxterHarkrader, 73, of Frisco, NC died Sunday, October 15, 2017. Born inPetersburg, VA on October 17, 1944, she was the daughter of the lateAlma and Harvey T. Baxter.
Ruth is survived by her husband, Charles J. Harkrader III; daughter,Amy Harkrader; step-daughter, Kendall Fleeman; three grandchildren,Raven, Jahfar, and Levi; and a brother, Ted Baxter and wife Claire.
Along with her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by a brother, Guy Baxter.
In keeping with Ruth’s wishes, there will be no service at this time.
