KILL DEVIL HILLS — Allen Ryan Scarborough, 55, of Kill Devil Hills, NC, passed away on April 2, 2025, at VCU Medical Center in Richmond, VA.
Born on June 24, 1969, in Frisco, NC, he was the son of the late Carolyn Farrow Parker and Ignatious Scarborough.
Allen is survived by his wife, Candace Scarborough; daughter, Kathryn Patel (Justin); sons, Aaron Scarborough and Joshua Houston; four grandchildren; brother, Ignatious Scarborough; and nephew, Ryan Scarborough.
A celebration of Allen’s life will be held at a later date, with details to be announced.
