Antoinette “Toni” Roletter

KILL DEVIL HILLS — Antoinette “Toni” Roletter, born on October 16, 1936, in Philadelphia, PA, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2025, in Kill Devil Hills, NC, at the age of 88.

Toni was a devoted and loving mother, cherished by her family and friends for her warmth and compassion. She took immense pride in being a caregiver for her beloved son, Joe, Jr., who preceded her in death alongside her husband, Joseph Francis Roletter, Sr.; her parents, Anna Moniuszko and Edward Ruchalski; and her brother, Stanley Ruchalski.

Toni was not only a dedicated mother but also had an adventurous spirit as a world traveler, finding joy and wonder in the diverse cultures and landscapes she encountered. Her stories from her travels brought light and laughter to many.

She leaves behind a legacy of love through her surviving children: Kathleen Meller (William) of Warren, NJ, John Roletter of Trenton, NJ, and Sharon Mincheff (Scott) of Kill Devil Hills, NC. Toni was a proud grandmother to four grandchildren: Daniel Meller, Jennifer Meller, Amanda Wilkins, and Cole Wilkins, each of whom adored her dearly.

While she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort knowing she is reunited with those she loved. A private family service will be held at a later date to honor her life and the cherished memories she created with those who knew her.

Twiford Funeral Homes, Outer Banks is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences and memories may be shared at www.TwifordFH.com.
