Janet P. Higgins,77, passed away unexpectedly on May 4, 2020 in Kill Devil Hills NC. She was born in Elkin, NC, daughter of Charles and Lillian Poplin.
She was pre-deceased by her husband Bill Higgins. She was survived by her brother, Charles C. Poplin, Jr (Theresa); daughter Ricki Bittle (David); sons CW Waddell and Ryan Waddell; two grandsons, Chad Bittle (Chelsea) and Cory Bittle; and two beautiful great-grandsons, Grant and Briar Bittle.
Janet lived her life to the fullest and enjoyed life with her family and friends.
The family will have a service in the near future when gatherings are permitted.
