KILL DEVIL HILLS — William Thomas Grace, 58, passed away November 19, 2024 in Chesapeake surrounded by loved ones. Bill was born on January 3, 1966, in New Jersey to the late William and Betty Lou Grace. Bill loved fishing, cooking and was a loyal Dallas Cowboys fan.
Bill is survived by his wife, Bonnie; sisters, Kate Grace Rabar and Laurieann Grace Daniels and husband Tom; niece, Kasey Rabar and nephew, Kellen Styer. He is also survived by his fur babies, Titi, Alice, Stinky and Eva Jean; along with many close friends and work colleagues.
