Author Marjorie Hudson to hold book signing at Buxton Village Books on June 1

Award-winning author Marjorie Hudson will be coming to Buxton Village Books for a book signing event on June 1 at 2:30 p.m.
Hudson is sharing her new novel, Indigo Field, which was recently nominated for a National Book Award. Hudson is both a writer and teacher, and she has also served as the Copyediting Manager at Algonquin Books, written for publications such as Garden & Gun and Our State Magazine, and teaches a wide array of writing courses. Indigo Field is a Southern story with a range of themes that cover racial injustice, family, loss, and more.
The event is open to the public, and everyone is welcome to come to pick up a copy of Hudson’s Indigo Field, and to meet the author in person.
