Heart healthy cooking workshop set for Feb. 8
Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 12 p.m. at the Fessenden Center February is Heart Health month. This nutrition class will focus on providing eating tips to help lower blood pressure and cholesterol and eating for heart health.
