On Monday morning, crew members from U.S. Coast Guard Station Oregon Inlet assisted a man onboard a trawler near Oregon Inlet who had suffered a significant injury, per a recent online update from the station.
Station Oregon Inlet received a call at 10:30 a.m. from a mariner aboard an 80’ ft. trawler with five people on board, approximately 12 NM north from the sea buoy.
