Hatteras schools will be on a three-hour delay on Monday

Per an update from Dare County Schools, Cape Hatteras Elementary School and Cape Hatteras Secondary School will remain on a 3-hour delay today, October 14, due to standing water and sand along N.C. Highway 12. School will resume after the three-hour delay on a normal schedule.
