The Outer Banks Association of REALTORS® (OBAR) celebrated and inducted its new Board of Directors at the annual REALTOR® Ball last week. The event marked the official transition of OBAR’s leadership, elected at the Annual Meeting in October. Christi Bryant of Keller Williams – Outer Banks officially stepped into her role as the 2025 President of the Association, succeeding Richard Tolson, who will continue to serve as Immediate Past President.

“I’m truly honored to help lead this amazing Association,” said Bryant. “I’m excited to work with such a talented team and can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together to make 2025 our best year yet.”

Joining President Christi Bryant are President Elect Janice Scarborough of Howard Hanna Outer Banks, Treasurer David Roberts of Sun Realty, and Secretary Tammy Aycock of SAGA Realty & Construction. Carrie Bateman of Beach Realty & Construction will serve her third consecutive year as the Property Management Director, while John Head of Colony Realty Group will continue for a second consecutive year as the Tourism Director.

The incoming Directors-at-Large for 2025 are Leslie Coleman of OWN Real Estate, Tiffany Moldovan of Beach Realty & Construction, and Haley Paige Winslow of Coldwell Banker Seaside Realty. Stephanie Doshier of The Doshier Team OBX Realty, Ilona Matteson of Beach Realty & Construction, and Maslin Seal of Century 21 Nachman will continue in their two-year term.

This team will lead OBAR in advancing its strategic plan, which emphasizes supporting member success and advocating for private property rights.
