Waterpark announces planned June 20 opening

Share post:

H2OBX Waterpark announced yesterday on it’s Facebook page they are planning a June 20 opening for the 2020 season.  The post reads as follows:

H2OBX Waterpark looks forward to welcoming all our guests to the park this summer. We are following the guidance provided by local, state, and federal officials regarding COVID-19 as we prepare for the upcoming season. As always, ensuring the safety of our staff and guests is a top priority. The current situation and mandated restrictions have posed some challenges to our normal preseason preparation, including staff training. As a result, we are planning to open the park for the season on Saturday, June 20th.

We thank you for your understanding during these uncertain times and are grateful for your continued support.

To our Season Passholders, THANK YOU for your loyalty. Your 2020 Season Pass will now be valid through June 30, 2021. At that point, Passholders will have the opportunity to extend their season pass for the remainder of the 2021 Summer at a discounted rate.

Please continue to check our website and follow our social media channels for any updates. Any questions can be sent to info@h2obxwaterpark.com

Thank you for your patience.

  1. I don’t see this place lasting past this season. I drive by frequently and there is never a crowd of any consequence. The owners must be pumping money in to keep it afloat. If they have to close it will be because of the location.
