Dare County Clerk of Superior Court Dean M. Tolson has announced that all jurors in Group A that were summoned to Dare County Criminal Superior Court beginning on Monday, October 2, 2023, are now to report on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 9 a.m. in the Jury Assembly Room.All jurors in Group B that were originally summoned to report on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at 2 p.m. are now to report on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at 2 p.m. in the Jury Assembly Room.All jurors in Group C that were originally summoned to report on Thursday, October 5, 2023, at 10 a.m. are now to report on Monday, October 9, 2023, at 10 a.m. in the Jury Assembly Room.
