NC 12 Realty, which started as a husband-and-wife team venture, is delighted to mark its 10th anniversary as a thriving cornerstone of Hatteras Island’s real estate landscape. What initially started as a small endeavor has organically grown into the largest group of brokers on Hatteras Island, surpassing all expectations.
A decade ago, NC 12 Realty emerged when Trafton and Carla Reynolds decided it was time to set up shop with their own office space and company brand. Their journey towards becoming Hatteras Island’s largest group of Realtors® was not planned; it evolved naturally as the company attracted agents who shared their strong work ethics, shared goals, and a dedication to be strong advocates for their clients.

Halloween Prize Package Giveaway: NC 12 Realty will give away a prize package on Halloween, which includes a kayak tour for four people by Slash Creek Outfitters, a seafood dinner for four from Hatteras Island Seafood Boils, and a $100 gift certificate to Burger Burger in Avon. These are all businesses owned by families of NC 12 Realty agents that provide additional great services in our community. Beach Clean-up on October 13th: Agents, along with their families, will come together for a beach clean-up event on October 13th. Following the beach clean-up, a
celebratory cookout will provide an opportunity for the team to bond, reflect on the past 10 years, and look forward to the future.
$10,000 Donation to Cape Hatteras United Methodist Men: Cape Hatteras United Methodist Men (CHUMM) plays a crucial role in supporting the needs of Hatteras and Ocracoke Islands’ residents and local disaster relief efforts. NC 12 Realty’s $10,000 donation, along with its annual support of CHUMM and several other local organizations, demonstrates its commitment to the community.
