Residential Trash Collection for the week of Dec. 28, 2020, through Jan. 1, 2021, will be as follows:
- Monday, Dec. 28: Kitty Hawk, Colington, Buxton, Frisco and Hatteras
- Tuesday, Dec. 29: Manteo, Wanchese, Manns Harbor, East Lake, Stumpy Point, Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo and Avon
- Wednesday, Dec. 30: Kitty Hawk, Colington, Buxton, Frisco and Hatteras
- Thursday, Dec. 31: Manteo, Wanchese, Manns Harbor, East Lake, Stumpy Point, Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo and Avon
- Friday, Jan. 1: CLOSED, NO TRASH COLLECTION – Happy New Year!
Commercial Trash Collection will take place on Monday, Dec. 28 and Thursday, Dec. 31.
The Dare County C&D Landfill, Buxton Transfer Station and Manteo Recycle Yard will be closed on Friday, Jan. 1, 2021, in observance of New Year’s Day.
In addition, all Dare County offices will be closed on Friday, Jan. 1, 2021, in observance of New Year’s Day.
