BUXTON– Elberta Ann Gillikin, 67, died Saturday, May 31, 2014. She was bornin Morehead City to Elbert R. Gillikin and Delores Jennette GillikinLewis. Elberta worked for RCA in Norfolk, VA., as a computer analyst.Her loves of her life were reading, music, and her family,especially her grandkids and mother.
She is survived by hermother, Delores, and stepfather, TQ Lewis; her daughter, Pam Johnsonand husband Buddy; and two grandchildren, Cameron and Christa Johnson.She was preceded in death by her father, Elbert; her son, A. ClarkStratton; and her brother, John Anthony Gillikin.
A memorialservice will be held Wednesday, June 4, at the Buxton United MethodistChurch, at 4 p.m., with Pastor Dwight Burrus officiating. The familywill receive friends at the church following the service.
