BUXTON– Louise Warrington Raynor, 83, of Buxton, died Tuesday, July 29,2014, in Nags Head. Mrs. Raynor was born in South Hampton, N.Y.,and was a homemaker. Mrs. Raynor was a member of LighthouseAssembly of God and served with her husband as former pastor with theN.C. District Council of the Assemblies of God at Avon Worship Center.Mrs. Raynor loved the Lord and her life radiated His presence.
Shewas predeceased by her parents, George W. Warrington and EstherHofmeister Warrington, husband Rev. David A. Raynor Sr., son David A.Raynor Jr., and her brother, George Warrington.
Surviving areher daughter, Marion Raynor Gaskins, and husband Mike of Ridgely, Md.;three sons, Tim Raynor and wife Gail of Chesapeake, Va., AndrewRaynor and wife Sheri of Elizabeth City, and James Raynor and wifeLucinda of Julian, Pa.
Eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren also survive.
Aservice to celebrate the life of Louise will be in Lighthouse Assemblyof God in Buxton on Friday, August 1, at 2 p.m. with Rev. Bryan Grayand Rev. Eric Hinson. Burial will be in Hooper Family Cemetery in Avon.Friends may join the family at Lighthouse Assembly of God on Thursday,from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
