Jack and Betty Jane Curle


ST.AUGUSTINE, Fla. — Jack and Betty Jane Curle passed away peacefully sixdays apart, both at Emeritus of St. Augustine with their family bytheir side. Jack and Betty met in Cleveland, Ohio, after Jack returnedfrom serving in World War II.  For many years, Jack worked as abuyer for a grocery distributor and Betty worked for SearsDistribution. They raised their family together in West Jefferson,Ohio. In January of 1992, they moved to St. Augustine to live closer toJack’s twin sister and her husband, Jane and Roy Weed.  They lovedliving in St. Augustine and were active members of Anastasia BaptistChurch.    

They are survived by adaughter, Leah Butler, and her husband, Tommy, of Buxton and a son,Scott E. Curle of Columbus,Ohio.           

A private memorial service will be held and interment willfollow at Craig Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jackand Betty’s memory can be made to: Vitas Hospice atwww.vitascommunityconnection.com or to Emeritus of St. Augustine, 150Mariner Health Way, St. Augustine, FL. 32086.

St. Johns Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
