Cynthia Carol Bailey-Fox

KILL DEVI HILLS — Cynthia “Cyndi” Carol Bailey-Fox, 47, passed away of a heart attack on April 24, 2021. Born November 23, 1973 in Newport News, VA, Cyndi was a resident of Kill Devil Hills, NC. She attended Menchville High School and was a beloved mother to her son, Hunter Bailey Fox.

Cyndi was preceded in death by her grandfather, Ernest Matthews and her stepfather, Dennis Settle.  She is survived by her husband, Jason Fox; son, Hunter Fox; mother, Yvonne Settle; father, Fred Bailey; grandmother, Freeda Matthews; sisters, Michele Barnett (Bailey) and Kerrie Hayes (Sissy); and brother, Brad Bailey (Erin).  Cyndi is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Kelsey, Alexa, Andrew, Kimber, Brandon, Alana, Aidan, Sammy, Braelynn and Lawsyn; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Cyndi’s favorite things to do were spending time with her son, family, friends (Amanda and Adrianne) and going to the beach.

A celebration of life will be held at a future date, in Virginia. Please express condolences to the family via the online register at www.gallopfuenralservices.com.  Gallop funeral Services, Inc. was entrusted with arrangements.
