KILL DEVIL HILLS — Kathy Lynn Faison, 62, died peacefully at her home in Kill Devil Hills, NC, on December 19, 2023. Kathy is survived by her husband of 38 years, Gene G. Faison, Jr.; son, Christopher Earl Fisher; grandson, Hayden Christopher Fisher; parents, Brenda and Ashley Armistead; sisters, Cara Alvis and Shannon Goodman; and many extended family members. She was preceded in death by her little brother, Steve Newton.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at 11:00 am at Woodlake United Methodist Church, 15640 Hampton Park Drive, Chesterfield, VA 23832. Memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
