Luis Reyes Perez Morales, 42, passed away peacefully on April 14, 2025. Born in Chiapas, Mexico, he was a proud resident of Manteo and the surrounding area.
He leaves behind his wife, MaElena, and son, Brayan, as well as his older children, David and Valeria.
Luis enjoyed being at sea and had a great passion for fishing. He was known for his generosity, his willingness to help, and his good nature.
The family will receive Luis during the celebration of his life, which will be held at Holy Trinity by the Sea Parish in Nags Head on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, with visitation beginning at 4 pm, followed by Mass at 6 pm. Luis will be transported to his native Mexico for burial.

Luis Reyes Perez Morales, de 42 años, falleció pacíficamente el 14 de Abril. Nacido en Chiapas, Mexico. El fue un orgulloso residente de Manteo y sus alrededores.
El deja atrás a su esposa MaElena y su hijo Brayan, tambien sus hijos mayores David y Valeria.
Luis disfrutaba de estar en el mar y tenía una gran pasión por la pesca. Era conocido por su generosidad, por su dispocision de alludar y su buen carisma.
La familia recibirá a Luis durante la celebración de su vida que se llevará a cabo en la parroquia Holy Trinity By the Sea, Nags Head, 22 de Abril, con visitación apartir de las 4pm seguido por una Misa de cuerpo presente alas 6pm.
Luis sera llevado a su natal Mexico para la Santa Sepultura. “Siempre lo recordaremos con amor”, “Su espíritu vivirá en nuestros corazones.”
