BUXTON — Nancy Chandler (79) of Buxton, North Carolina passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2019, at Chesapeake Regional Medical Center with the love and support of her family around her.
Nancy Chandler was an amazing mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who was loved by members of her community.
A parishioner of Our Lady of the Seas Catholic Church, she was active in the church for many years and held her church and church family dear to her heart. She was never without a book and enjoyed cooking large dishes for her family and friends. Nancy never let any ailments slow her down and always remained a strong woman. She will forever be missed and remembered for her beauty inside and out.
Nancy is survived by daughters, a son, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Plans for a memorial service are pending at this time.
