Our beloved Shirley Lorraine Gonzalez Nieves went to be with the Lord on March 29, 2021. She is survived by her husband Jesus Gonzalez Nieves; her three sons Jason, Kevin, and Billy, and their families; her mother, Marie Cobb; and her two sisters, Linda and Pamela.

Lorraine was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and matriarch of our family.  Her upbeat attitude and creative personality were one of a kind and her sudden passing has our family at a loss. She loved her family and we loved her. She will remain in our hearts and thoughts everyday and she will be truly missed.

The family will receive friends 2-4pm, Sunday April 11, 2021 at the Gallop Funeral Chapel in Nags Head. Expressions of sympathy may be expressed via the online register at www.gallopfuneralservices.com.  Gallop Funeral Services, Inc. was entrusted with arrangements.
