The 24 additional runs on the Hatteras-Ocracoke ferry route added by the N.C. Department of Transportation’s Ferry Division for the Easter holiday period will be discontinued after Monday, April 8.
They had been added to accommodate the increased traffic demand for the holiday.
On Tuesday, April 9, the route will return to its previous schedule:
