Board of Commissioners Chairman Bob Woodard addresses Dare County in advance of Easter Holiday
From his home in Kill Devil Hills, Dare County Board of Commissioners Chairman Bob Woodard addresses the Dare County community as we approach Easter and the third weekend with the Stay Home, Stay Healthy measures in place.
“Easter will arrive this year, amidst the COVID-19 pandemic with the Stay at Home order in place. Don’t let the hope we have falter or fade in the midst of this crisis. Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint, and we will get through this if we continue to follow the guidelines, take care of our neighbors and work together as a community,” remarked Woodard in his message.
“As we face the economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, please know assistance is available. Please do not be ashamed to ask for help. Many of our neighbors are in the same position and there are resources available to help you and your family,” he added.

Tyrant. NRPOs aren’t welcome but the associated property taxes are!
It’s a common sense thing.
