The meeting will take place via teleconferencing equipment in the Hyde County Government Center Multi-Use Room (30 Oyster Creek Rd, Swan Quarter) and in the Ocracoke Community Center (999 Irvin Garrish Hwy, Ocracoke) using electronic conferencing equipment. The public is invited to attend.
