Dare County COVID-19 case count at 62, per Tuesday evening update
Dare County announced two new positive COVID-19 test results on Tuesday evening, bringing the total number of cases in the county to 62.
The two new cases include a male resident, 25-49 years of age, who is in home isolation, and a female resident, 50-64 years of age, who is also in home isolation.
There have been a total of 32 resident COVID-19 cases and 31 non-resident cases since the first case was identified in Dare County in March.
There has also been an additional 18 cases recorded since the last Dare County Department of Health and Human Resources update was released on Friday, June 19.
New positive cases are updated on the dashboard of the Dare County website and are shared on the DHHS Facebook page when information is received.
