51 new COVID-19 cases reported on August 30 in Dare County

Dare County announced 51 new positive COVID-19 test results from August 30, bringing the total number of cases in the county since the pandemic began to 4,678.

With Monday’s new cases, the current number of active cases in the county is now 167. There are also 10 current hospitalizations, and 10 of the 51 cases reported on August 30 were vaccinated individuals.

The 51 additional cases consist of 13 non-residents and 38 residents, and include the following:

  1. non-resident, 50-64, male, transferred isolation
  2. resident, 50-64, male, home isolation
  3. resident, 25-49, male, home isolation
  4. resident, 17 under, male, home isolation
  5. resident, 50-64, female, home isolation
  6. resident, 50-64, male, home isolation
  7. resident, 25-49, female, home isolation
  8. resident, 25-49, male, home isolation
  9. resident, 17 under, male, home isolation
  10. resident, 17 under, female, home isolation
  11. resident, 25-49, female, home isolation
  12. resident, 65 over, male, home isolation
  13. resident, 17 under, male, home isolation
  14. non-resident, 50-64, male, transferred isolation
  15. non-resident, 17 under, male, transferred isolation
  16. resident, 25-49, male, home isolation
