22 new COVID-19 cases reported on August 31 in Dare County
Dare County announced 22 new positive COVID-19 test results from August 31, bringing the total number of cases in the county since the pandemic began to 4,700.
With Tuesday’s new cases, the current number of active cases in the county is now 163. There are also 12 current hospitalizations, and 4 of the 22 cases reported on August 31 were vaccinated individuals.
The 22 additional cases consist of 2 non-residents and 20 residents, and include the following:
