Hatteras Library holds special children’s giveaway though Christmas

It’s that time of the year, so the Hatteras Library is spreading extra good cheer!
No through Christmas, all children who visit the Hatteras Library will receive a free goodie bag of crafts and other surprises courtesy of the generosity of an anonymous Hatteras Village resident.
