Hatteras Island Rescue Squad offering public CPR class on June 30

Hatteras Island Rescue Squad will be offering a public CPR class on Thursday, June 30th at 7:00 PM at our Station in Buxton.
This one night, 3 hour class will cover adult, child and infant CPR and use of an AED. The class is open to residents and property owners of Hatteras Island.
The cost of the class is $10 per student and includes the cost of your American Heart Association certification card and a pocket mask which will be yours to keep at the end of the class.
Attendance only and completion of the class is $5 if you do not need an AHA certification card.
Payment must be in cash in exact change on the night of the class.
Due to the overwhelming response to many of our classes, pre-registration is required. Call our Station at 252-995-5490 and leave your name, a contact telephone number and the number of students wishing to attend. When you leave your message please speak slowly and clearly so we are able to get your information. You will be contacted to advise you if space is available for you to attend.
Walk-ins are welcome on a space available basis in the event of vacancies or cancellations.
