Job Title: HOUSEKEEPING INSPECTOR
Job Type: FULL TIME
Location: OUTER BANKS, NC
Supervisor/Manager: HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

Main Duties / Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections to see that cleaning guidelines and standards are being met and maintained
  • Assess property damage and retrieve guest belongings left behind
  • Cleaning chemicals and supplies are provided
Qualifications:
  • Must be available weekends and 8:30 am to 5 pm weekly, weekends are required
  • Committed to attendance, responsible and trustworthy
  • Team Player with a heightened Customer Service mentality
  • Sharp observation skills (attention to detail)
  • Ability to maintain focus on tasks at hand, while working efficiently and quickly
  • Smartphones and experience with electronic applications
  • Should have the ability to walk flights of stairs
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license
