Mature adult looking for a room to rent.  I recently arrived and am in need of a local room to rent by April 31, preferably for several months.

I am employed full time, educated, world traveled, friendly, quiet, tidy, and a non-smoker.  I am also quite handy, know my way around the kitchen, have past emergency medical training and experience, and am willing to help around the house.
