Breaking and Entering. 200 block of E Sir Richard, Colington. After responding to a domestic dispute, Deputies determined a break in had occurred at a neighboring residence. Upon further investigations a suspect was developed. Charges have been filed.

Breaking and Entering Motor Vehicles. 100 block of Chicora Court, Roanoke Island. Witnesses reported a subject breaking into cars. A search of the area was conducted and the suspect was apprehended and arrested.

Arson. 23000 block of NC 12 Hwy, Rodanthe. A portable restroom was set on fire and destroyed. Upon further investigation a suspect was identified and arrested.

Obtaining Property by False Pretense. 40000 block of NC 12 Hwy, Avon. Phone scam. Scammer pretending to be an FBI Agent tricked a business clerk into sending them money with Green Dot cards.
