Breaking and Entering. 100 block of Langley Lane, Roanoke Island. Bicycle reported stolen
from a garage. The bike was later recovered in the possession of a subject who was arrested
after breaking into vehicles.

Financial Card Fraud. 52000 block of NC 12 Hwy, Frisco. Unauthorized charges on a financial
card. Charges occurred overseas and the bank is reimbursing the money.

Identity Theft. 400 block of Old Warf Road, Wanchese. Unauthorized transaction on a cash
app.

Financial Card Theft. 50000 block of NC 12 Hwy, Frisco. Financial card stolen and used
without authorization. Suspect identified through surveillance video. Under investigation.

Larceny. 100 block of Roanoke Trail, Roanoke Island. Camper reported stolen after the
conditions of the sale fell through.

Breaking and Entering. 100 block of Daphne Lane, Roanoke Island. A neighbor reported a
suspicious person at their neighbor’s vacant house. Deputies arrived made contact with the
suspicious person. Upon further investigation they were arrested for breaking and entering.

Obtaining Property by False Pretenses. 100 block of Sir Hart Court, Colington. Contractor was
paid for work and then left the state without doing any work or returning the money. Under
investigation.

Larceny. Lighthouse Road and Flambeau Road, Hatteras. Beach equipment reported stolen
after it was left unsecured in the sand dunes overnight.

Obtaining Property by False Pretenses. 26000 block of Bluebeard Road, Salvo. Subject sent
scammers large amounts of money in Bitcoin as part of a property scam.
