The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that the 2023 edition of the Outer Banks Experience Magazine is now available.
Outer Banks Experience is a full, color 74-page magazine highlighting the economy, attractions, and businesses of Dare County, Currituck County and Ocracoke Island. The 2023 issue highlights the beautiful Outer Banks region we call home and includes articles and information including area demographics, beach access information, the 411 of most often needed phone numbers. Spotlighted in this year’s publication are our breweries, wineries & distilleries; the “Outer Banks Essentials” which is a list of must-see things on the OBX as well as Healthcare on the OBX, Education, and more. The publication also includes the Chamber’s business directory of 1,000 business members.
Photography for the magazine is a collection by Shooters at the Beach. The cover features the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse at the exact moment the sun was shining through the lens.
“The Outer Banks Experience Magazine highlights the best of our community,” said Chamber Board Chair Jim Gilreath, Rose, Harrison, Gilreath & Powers, PC. “Articles capture what makes our area unique and shares community pride. For visitors, residents, potential investors and newcomers it provides a wealth of data and resources.”
Printed copies of the publication are available free of charge at the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce office in Kill Devil Hill, area businesses and welcome centers. Copies can be mailed for $5 each and a virtual edition will be on-line by late May.
