Buxton Transfer Station’s truck weigh-in station temporarily closed

Dare County Public Works announced on Monday, October 9, that the truck scale weigh-in station at the Buxton Transfer Station, located at 47027 N.C. Highway 12 in Buxton, NC, is temporarily closed due to a power surge. Dare County Public Works is working towards a solution and will reopen scales as soon as the issue is resolved.
