Dare County released the third segment of On the Job, featuring Dare County EMS Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Matt Munden. Join host Rich Coleman, as he rides along in one of Dare County’s ambulances and talks to Munden, a Hatteras Island resident and Dare County EMS employee for the last four years.
