(A message from the OBX SPCA)
Dear Friends & Followers,
We need your help! Donations to the OBX SPCA have almost all but ceased in the past few weeks. We understand that times are tough during this international crisis, but it is so important to continue to give if you have resources to spare. Our SPCA relies on your donations to provide food, shelter, supplies, and lifesaving care to over 1,500 animals every year. We are also currently operating without the help of volunteers, with only our team of essential staff on-site. While we have sent many animals into foster homes (yay!) and even adopted homes, we are still trying to make ends meet. Funds are critically needed to help us continue caring for the animals that remain in our care during this unprecedented situation. Without financial support from our community, we will quickly find our organization threatened with a potentially damaging financial position. We need your help now, more than ever. Your support will help save lives!

– $70 will help to cover the care of an animal for one week.
