The Fessenden Center Annex Building in Buxton will be hosting a pop-up library event with staff from the Hatteras Library on Tuesday, October 1, from 10 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
The Beach Food Pantry will also be in attendance with produce pick-up for island residents.
During the event, Hatteras Library personnel will bring a selection of library materials for all ages to the Fessenden Center Annex Building for visitors to browse and borrow.
