The science panel provides the commission with scientific data and recommendations pertaining to coastal topics.
Members met Feb. 29 to continue the conversation on inlet hazard area boundaries and sea level rise that has been carried through the last handful of panel meetings. They also worked on a presentation on sea level rise data, sunny day flooding projections, water level monitoring efforts, and adaptation for the commission’s April 24 meeting.
The upcoming meeting is to be a continuation of that discussion.
